The 2023 AISES National Conference invites all middle school, high school, undergraduate and graduate students, and professionals to present their STEM research! The 2023 AISES National Conference will be in Spokane, Washington on October 19 – 21, 2023. All research presentations will be held on Friday, October 20.
Submit your completed STEM research presentation abstract now until Monday, September 18, 2023. Early submissions receive conference registration discounts. Submit by:
- 11:59pm PST Friday, August 4, 2023 for a 100% registration discount; or
- 11:59pm PST Friday, September 8, 2023 for a 50% registration discount; or
- Noon PST Monday, September 18, 2023 to present with NO registration discount. This is the final deadline for submissions!
Incomplete submissions will not be accepted until the date they are complete. Incomplete submissions include missing names, titles, and/or components of abstracts.
Once your research presentation is confirmed by AISES, you will receive a registration discount code to register for the conference. Do not register for the conference before you receive a code! If you do register and pay in advance of receiving this code, your registration refund is subject to the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Student Research
- Take this opportunity to present your work to a broad audience, practice your presentation skills, add a presentation citation to your resume/CV, and compete for awards and prizes! You have the choice of presenting in either the poster or oral presentation format. Oral presentations are only open to undergraduate and graduate students.
